Good pizza & great for kids
Published 1 year, 4 months ago in Eat & Drink.Went to Zagames Boronia last night for dinner with my hubby - met up with the brother and sister-in-law and their two girls, who had a fabulous time running around in the play area!
Great pizza - shared a hawaiian, a vegetarian and a “the lot” pizza between the six of us (fortunately one- and three-year olds don’t eat so much!) then shared a couple slices of cake for dessert while the kids shared “frog in a pond” between them.
Can certainly recommend the place if you want a good family dinner, though it gets rather loud, and the lighting could do with brightening up a bit, but overall a great evening out!

Yeah, Zagames is quite good, and it’s really nice they’ve got a play area for the kids. I’ve been there quite a few times. Zagames, that is, not the play area. Have you tried their chocolate fudge brownie sundae? Ohhh, wonderful!
Still, I found the prices weren’t as good as at La Porchetta, and the service was a little more inconsistent - once I was waiting for about 40 minutes for aforementioned sundae (then again these things can happen in any restaurant).

Hey Gomo, a warm welcome from me. I too have loved the pizza at zagames…very special, would go back there just for that………..but, maybe on a night when there is not so many children. I must have struck party night !!! So loud !!
